When you call the office, Ashley is usually the first person you’ll speak with. When you come in for progress checks or re-exams, she’s the one taking measurements and walking you through what’s next. She manages the schedule, handles communications, monitors accounts, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you need to reschedule, have a billing question, or just want to confirm your next visit, she’s your point of contact.

She’s been with the practice long enough to know what matters and what doesn’t. Patients often tell her things they won’t tell Dr. Tim. There’s a different level of trust that comes with her role, and she takes that seriously.

What Drew Her Here

Ashley came from the medical field, working in dialysis where most patients were, in her words, on their last leg. It was rewarding work, but heavy. When she found this position on Indeed, the hours fit her life as a mom. But what made her stay wasn’t the schedule. It was the space itself.

Walking in, she felt something. Dr. Tim’s outlook, the way the office was set up, the things he does energetically to set the tone. She was a stranger to chiropractic at the time. The more she learned about what the body can actually do when given the right conditions, the more she wondered why nobody had told her sooner.

Now she’s on the other end of healthcare. The brighter side. The side where people climb out of what’s been holding them back instead of managing decline.

How She Supports Patients

Ashley handles every phone call, text, and email that comes through. She’s crafted the way she talks to people over the years to get them in the door without overloading them with information that’s better explained in person. Insurance questions, appointment logistics, what to expect on the first two visits—she keeps it straightforward and moves things forward.

She also runs all the special visits: progress checks, measurements, exercise walkthroughs, image retakes. Everything except the actual x-rays. She’s the continuity. When you’re here month after month working through your care plan, she’s the one who knows where you are in the process and what comes next.

If you’re hesitant about committing to care or have doubts about the investment, she’s good at helping you get grounded. Not pushy. Just clear about what’s possible if you’re willing to do the work.

What Patients Appreciate Most

She’s also the one who sees you regularly, sometimes more than Dr. Tim does depending on where you are in care. That consistency matters. You’re not explaining your situation to a new person every time you walk in. She already knows.
